Head of the shop in NDA Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the execution of the production plan by the workshop,
• Planning work at the inter-shop level and production resources according to the production plan,
• Coordinating the work of shift managers and foremen at the sites.
• Ensuring the technically correct operation of equipment and equipment,
• Selection of personnel, their placement and appropriate use,
• Ensuring compliance with labor protection standards, 5S methods,
• Control of compliance with technological discipline, organization of production, labor and management.
• Preparation of reports on the implementation of production plans and the use of production resources.

Requirements:

• higher professional (technical) education and experience of working in managerial positions in the specialty at least 1 years,
• Knowledge and use of the "lean production" method (Lean).
• Willingness to study the production process of the shop and the criteria of product quality. Desires:
