What is this role about? 

You will be responsible for the organization and control of production shops, ensuring stable product quality and compliance with all technological standards. Your task is to effectively manage processes, coordinate the team and develop production, so that our sausage products and meat semi-finished products always meet high standards, and customers remain satisfied.

What you will do:

• Manage daily production operations, monitor compliance with technological norms and quality standards;
• Organize the work of the team, motivate and support professional development employees;
• Control the implementation of production plans, optimize processes to increase productivity;
• Ensure compliance with sanitary standards and labor safety requirements;
• Implement new technologies and solutions to improve product quality and work efficiency;
• Cooperate with other company departments to achieve common goals.

• Experience in production positions from 1 year, preferably in the food industry or related fields;
