We invite you to work for a SHOP HEAD.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• management of the production and business activities of the wet wipes workshop;
• ensuring the fulfillment of planned tasks, production;
• organization of work on improving the organization and compliance with production technology, preventing the occurrence of defects, reducing the level of technological waste;
• development operational production schedules and issuing them;
• analysis of the causes of deviations in work from the planned task, making suggestions and developing methods for eliminating the identified causes;
• organization and control of compliance with technological norms of raw material consumption;
• ensuring timely and high-quality production of semi-finished products in the workshop, control of semi-finished product residues;
• analysis of the causes of technological process violations when complaints are received for finished products, development of measures to prevent similar violations;
• control of effective placement of personnel in production, organization of internal training of employees;
• organization and control of production preparation for inventory;
• keeping records, drawing up and timely reporting on production activities of the shop.
