The bigger the ambitions of the business, the stronger managers it needs. Our brand of wedding dresses has a 4-year history and worldwide recognition and we are planning further scaling. Our goal is to double the monthly capacity of development and production, optimize production processes and digitize them as much as possible (currently we use 1C, Bitrix, Julivi), make production processes planned and efficient. 

Our scope: several own workshops in Khmelnytskyi and the region, as well as contractors, a development workshop and a sewing workshop, people engaged in manual work, more than 60 people involved in the process of designing and manufacturing dresses. We plan further growth. 

Experience of at least 30 people in subordinating and scaling production - mandatory.  

Responsibilities: 

1. Organizing a continuous production cycle according to the production plan, which corresponds to the sales plan. Taking into account the constant growth of demand and, accordingly, capacities. 
2. Expansion of production capacities in all ways and organization of their continuous work.
3. Organization of the process of development of new dresses in the experimentalshop, development of documentation.
4. Optimization of production processes, adjustment of the supply system and interaction with the supply department in order to avoid delays in production.
5. Ensuring product production deadlines and product quality.

What you should be ready for:

1. Sabotage of changes by personnel - your diplomacy above all else!
2. Availability of branches in different cities - organizing processes remotely or planning personal visits
3. Need to rebuild processes - no one knows how it will be best, be ready for trials, errors and new trials. 
4. We are planning scaling - have a reserve of internal resources to implement it
5. Working with individual orders - you must create a logic of simple and clear calculation, organization of production terms, ensuring the highest quality

Conditions:

1. Schedule work: Mon-Fri 9-18, if necessary - on-call inclusion during non-working hours
2. Progressive system of financial motivation (with KRI for quality andcompliance with deadlines), for the amount of 150,000, it is possible to get out, but if you are really cool!
