What kind of person are we looking for: The head of the service department is a person who, first of all, maintains friendly relations with customers and helps them in solving service issues. He is a person who is always ready to help our customers, the face of the company. He has the skills of a sales manager and negotiations for drawing up new service agreements. A technically literate specialist who knows how to understand installation instructions, understands electricity and construction. He knows how to "work with his hands", knows safety rules. He has skills in personnel management, is able to find a common language and motivate any employee. A confident PC user. We have everything automated — the CRM system, GoogleDocs, Gmail, Autocad. A system person who knows how to properly plan his time and meet deadlines. He can independently develop clear instructions for employees and teach anyone. He is an organizer — your task is to actually expand service and increasing it several times.
