Join our TeamAbout This OpportunityWe are currently looking for an experienced leader to take ownership of a unit that deals with CSS (Cloud Software and Services) Pre-Sales, Project Delivery and Customer Support business at some of our key customers in Eurasia!In this specific role, your leadership and expertise are vital to the success of your unit, orchestrating the seamless execution of presales engagements, projects, and support contracts, ensuring outstanding results for our clients as well as line managing a team of highly skilled Program Directors, Customer Project Managers, Solution Architects, Integration Engineers, Service Delivery Managers and Support Engineers based in Sweden and Denmark.Your team will also support Key Account Managers and Client Sales Leads in financial planning and forecasting and in generating new Leads and securing robust sales pipeline while delivering on existing contractual obligations.In this role, you will report to Head of Customer Solution, Eurasia.What You Will DoEnsure Pre-sales, service delivery and customer Support execution in accordance to relevant CSS processes and flowsWork together with regional Service Delivery and Global Delivery units to execute on the contracts with required efficiency, quality and increased level of Automation and Industrialization improve services profitability and qualityBuild a productive and healthy work environment for individuals where we continuously develop our organizationDrive and develop required competences in the organization to be on top of relevant changes related to complex security requirements and Cloud Native technology shiftNurture and grow talents in the organization to build a sustainable competitive advantageBe accountable and take the ownership over operational and financial KPIs of the unitBuild a strong customer relationship, join customer governances and be their first Point of Contact for operational issuesYou will bring Education: MSc or equivalent through experienceExperience in the industry: min 10 years of which min 3 years with Leadership rolesPortfolio experience: Cloud Software and Services.
