About the vacancy: We are looking for an experienced manager for our service center. Your main task is to organize the work of the service center, including interaction with the staff, motivation of employees, control of production processes and improvement of the quality of customer service when requesting repairs. Responsibilities: Management of service center staff, including staff motivation and work control; Establishing stable operation of the service center; Control of work efficiency and use of resources; Control of order on the territory of the service center; Accounting and inventory control; Improvement of production processes in order to achieve planned indicators (production standards); Implementation of improvements is welcomed and well rewarded. Requirements: Experience in a similar direction (we will consider the option of managers from other directions); Experience in personnel management (up to 10 people); Communication skills and ability to work in a team; Ability to organize stable work; Tendency to order and cleanliness; Responsibility for the work process and performance results.
