Duties: Distribution of work from the service; Interaction with customers of the service department; Work with receivables from the services of the service department; Control of the timing of repair work; Quality control of repair work; Organization of accounting and inventory of equipment and spare parts in the service department; Timely submission and accounting of accrual of credit notes from manufacturers; Timely submission reporting; Work with lead generation +CRM; Control of mutual settlements with clients: terms, completeness of payment and timeliness of information submission to the financial department.
