We create solutions that affect the strategy of the entire project. Our goal is the constant growth of the traffic of self-orders. If we need to make drastic changes to the product, we can prove what result we will get - we will do it. The direction of SEO is one of the exclusive ones at Prom.ua, therefore the tasks of SEO specialists have a high priority. The composition of the team: SEO specialist, Mobile marketer, Paid marketers working with buyers and merchants, analyst. We cooperate with the backend and frontend development teams, the Data Science team, analysts of various areas, department heads and product managers. The SEO team currently consists of one specialist, in the role of Head of SEO there is an opportunity to expand the team with the necessary specialists. Our product is also presented on the markets of Romania (Vendigo) and Kazakhstan (Satu). Work on them is also provided. Our priority is system solutions that give a significant result. The tools we use: We set tasks through jira Analytics in GA and Tableau, we look at bots in Grafana. Additionally, we use the position parser, ahrefs and serpstat. If the data is not enough, we make a dashboard. We mainly develop products within the company, but we can also use an existing service if it is appropriate. For this role, it is important to: be aware of the large volume of requests and pages that Prom has (on the project more than 100M products, and more than 10M search queries) plan the direction strategy, synchronize it with the product strategy, the ability to find system solutions that have a significant impact, the construction of a system of dashboards, and the ability to see what is important in numbers fully lead the project, take responsibility and achieve results, effectively interact with product teams.
