With atrack record ofover athousand projects, our team isunstoppably driving innovation, growth, and continuous support.Currently, weare looking for anexperienced and goal-oriented Head ofSEO, who will take leadership inour company and drive our SEO processes and activities.What you need tosucceed:✓At least 1year ofexperience working inasimilar role asaHead ofSEO;✓3+ years ofSEO management experience inthe iGaming area, leading ofa5+members team;✓Practical knowledge ofthe construction ofSEO processes and control over the execution oftasks within the framework ofthe selected strategies;✓Practical knowledge ofbuilding anSEO strategy based onnumbers;✓Hands-on experience increating and monitoring KPIs for SEO specialists ofall levels;✓Practical experience ineffective horizontal relations with heads ofrelated departments;✓Own practical experience inattracting SEO traffic inhighly competitive niches;✓Strong analytical skills and ability touse analytical tools atahigh level;✓The ability toreasonably convey and defend one’s own point ofview inthe professional field;✓English atlevel B2or higher (spoken/written).Will beaplus:✓Hands-on experience iniGaming SEO (asHead ofSEO/SEO Lead/Senior SEO Specialist orSEO Manager);✓Practical experience inlaunching large projects “from scratch”.Key responsibilities:✓Direct responsibility for the growth (quarterly and yearly) ofthematic, high-quality, converting SEO traffic;✓Direct, regular communication with the C-level ofthe company, including the CEO;✓Creation, coordination, implementation, monitoring and actualization ofthe SEO strategy (within the company, byteam, byproject, byeach trusted specialist), p&l.✓Creation, monitoring and adjustment ofKPIs for Lead/Senior SEO specialists within the framework ofthe chosen strategy, consultations onsimilar issues for Lead/Senior SEO specialists within the framework ofJun/Middle SEO specialists entrusted bythem;✓Participation inhiring SEO specialists toimplement the strategy, training, and performance review (for SEO Lead/Senior SEO);✓Direct participation inthe development (atthe level oflogic and Test Task) ofthe company’s internal resources belonging tothe immediate oradjacent area ofresponsibility;✓Creating asystem ofSEO documentation (processes/procedures/approaches, atthe level oflogic and control, ifnecessary— independent description ofkey points);✓Communication with the heads ofthe nearest adjacent divisions toimprove processes and results, and resolve controversial situations (Content, Affiliate, Dev, Design, Linkbuilding);✓Creation and evaluation ofthe employee’s training plan (SEO/Management/etc) aimed atthe strategy implementation and systematic result growth.Our benefits:✓Competitive salary;✓Opportunity towork remotely;✓Flexible schedule;✓Paid sick leaves;✓17 paid vacation days;✓Additional paid days for special personal dates.
