We are looking for a head of the security service. The main responsibilities: to provide a comprehensive system of video surveillance, security, alarm, physical security, information security, economic, fire safety and personnel security; to build, organize and carry out measures to ensure the security of TMC and company facilities, eliminate and prevent economic, information and personnel risks, reduce the risks of theft; monitor compliance with the company's access regime; conduct corporate investigations, detect fraud and implement measures based on the results of investigations; ensure the preservation of tangible and intangible assets; participate in the selection, training and control of work of the security staff; to coordinate the work of security guards, to manage their actions in the event of off-duty situations; to interact with law enforcement agencies, to represent the interests of the company; to check counterparties for trustworthiness, participation in dispute resolution - to check candidates for trustworthiness when hiring; to conduct work with employees: official investigations, preventive interviews, training of new employees in order to demonstrate to them the requirements of the internal object regime, the rules of the internal work schedule, the procedure for the removal / removal from the territory of the enterprise of goods and material values, the protection of commercial secretsPreference is given to employees of the security service of Ukraine!
