Head of the sector in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a Sector Manager in our friendly Lviv team .

You are ours if:

• You have experience in telecommunications and retail sales or distribution.
• You have marketing planning skills , management and project management;
• Upgraded negotiation skills;
• You are not afraid of the words Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.;
• And also category B license available, driving experience of at least 1 year.

• Control over quality service and provision of advice by ERM employees to potential and existing customers of the Company;< /li>
• Assisting employees in solving non-standard issues that go beyond the competences of Sales and Service Point Development Specialists;
• Ensuring the performance of work indicators for assessing the level of service within the established norms: identifying possible deviations, analysis their causes and further elimination;
• Organization of processes of interaction with regional divisions of Dealers;
• Preparation of a proposal for the required number of stores, feasibility of optimization and improvement of service and retail sales in the allocated territory.< /li>
