At Supplax USA, we have assembled an awesome team people (no exaggeration), which forms a remote back office for construction companies and contractors in the USA. And we are looking for a professional, ambitious and goal-oriented leader who is looking for a quality space with the freedom to make decisions and a strong team to implement his ideas.
Our activity is to provide repair services in 20 cities of the USA, and we undertake all processes except for the repair itself (from generating leads and making sales to monitoring the fulfillment of orders by masters) Win-Win for both masters and customers
Our the team is a completely remote team from Ukraine that is passionate about their work
Some of what you might be interested in:
– B2C (main) and B2B (at the initial stage) areas of work.
– Own training system, sales coach, English lessons with a native speaker.
– Internal CRM system, honed to our model work that we can refine for our tasks.
– A huge database of craftsmen with whom a system of cooperation has been built, both for existing and for new directions.
– A quality department that helps to find errors in the work of managers and provide convenient reports for working on errors.
Your limits of responsibility:
– Organization of work: strategic planning , delegation and control of tasks.
– Team formation: hiring, training (with the support of recruiting).
– Team development: internal trainings, motivation.
– Execution of plans: sales, reporting on key indicators.
Your skills and abilities:
– Experience in sales with high quantitative indicators.
– Successful management of the sales department with a team of 5 people or more.
– English level - fluent spoken English and full understanding of the interlocutor by ear.
– Deep understanding of the factors affecting the level of sales.
– Experience in implementing sales funnel, CRM systems and motivation systems for the sales team.
– Ability to motivate and lead the team .
– Making decisions based on data analysis, not intuition, as well as the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of these decisions.

– Work schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Kyiv time (we work according to US time). however, we are focused on the result and not on the schedule
