Our ideal candidate has :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in iGaming niches from 2 years
- Deep understanding of the psychology, preferences, trends and business processes of the Outbound team for the tier 1 market
- Experience with CRM systems ( customer.io / optimuve / solitics / zoho etc.)
- Experience of working with at least one Backoffice system of iGaming platforms
- Experience of connecting and configuring SIP/VoIP telephony
- Experience of working with analytical data visualization systems (tableau / power bi etc.)
- Experience in building a team from scratch and its development
- Strategic thinking within the framework of the area of responsibility, customer orientation, deep understanding of metrics and solution methods of typical cases
- Experience with online and offline player motivation tools
- Advanced English
Will be a plus — additional knowledge of any foreign language.
Areas of responsibility of the position :
- Development and implementation of the team's Outbound work strategy aimed at increasing sales among potential and existing players
- Building a team, its control and motivation for the fulfillment of set KPIs
- Implementation of the process of Outbound communication with leaders and players, based on the specifics of their activity on the company's brands
- Building a development process player from lead to VIP player
- Interaction with other departments (marketing, operations, finance, analytics) to optimize Outbound approach, loyalty, policies and benefits for players
- Continuous development of direction, testing hypotheses, types of bonusing and methods of maintaining and increasing the player base
- Regular weekly/monthly reporting on the team's achievement of set goals
