PaySaxas is a global fast-growing FinTech IT company, which focuses on B2B products and services worldwide. We are rapidly expanding our market presence and are looking for a Head of Sales to join our team and drive our growth to new heights.

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and establishing strong relationships with key clients. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and positioning our products as leaders in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives;
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize their potential and performance;
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key B2B clients;
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market demands;
  • Monitor sales metrics and OKRs to ensure targets are met or exceeded;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors;
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings;
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or similar senior sales leadership role in the FinTech industry is a must;
  • Strong understanding of B2B payments in FinTech;
  • Startup mentality — not afraid to adapt quickly to industry trends, and strategy decisions;
  • Would be a plus familiarity with cross-border international growth and expansion;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets;
  • Strategic leader with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment;
  • Experience in international sales and working with diverse, cross-functional teams;
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools;
  • Ability to build mutual understanding;
  • Successful cases of entering new markets;
  • Fluent English is a must;
