Our activity is that we provide repair services in 20 cities in the USA, and we undertake all processes except the repair itself (from generation of leads and implementation of sales to control of order fulfillment by masters) Win-Win for both masters and customers Our team is a completely remote team from Ukraine, which is passionate about its work stages) areas of work. Our own training system, sales coach, English lessons with a medium. Internal SRM system, honed to our work model, which we can refine for our tasks. A huge database of masters with whom a system of cooperation has been built, both for existing and for new directions. Quality department that helps to find errors in the work of managers and provide convenient reports for working on errors. Your limits of responsibility: Organization of work: strategic planning, delegation and control of tasks. Team formation: hiring, training (with the support of recruiting). Development teams: internal trainings, motivation. Implementation of plans: sales, reporting on key indicators. Your skills and abilities: Experience in sales with high quantitative indicators. Successful management of a sales department with a team of 5 people or more. English level - fluent spoken English and full understanding the interlocutor by ear. Deep understanding of the factors that affect the level of sales. Experience in the implementation of the sales funnel, CRM systems and motivation systems for the sales team. The ability to motivate and lead the team. Decision-making based on data analysis, not intuition, as well as the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of these decisions. We offer you: Decent salary in $: rate + percentage of sales. Work schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Kyiv time (we work according to US time). however, we are focused on the result and not on the schedule. Freedom to implement your hypotheses and ideas.
