We invite the Head of the sales department in connection with the active development of the company in the market of Ukraine and Europe. What we expect: skills work with regional retail networks, local networks, national networks, online stores and wholesale customers; (will be an advantage) experience in conducting negotiations at the level of key persons of companies; knowledge of modern principles and technologies of sales and marketing management; strategic thinking and the ability to find and implement non-standard approaches; orientation to results; managerial and analytical abilities; an experienced user of 1C and CRM; the presence of one's own customer base is an advantage for the candidate. What needs to be done: strategic and operational management of the organization's commercial activities; work control, development and implementation of an effective sales strategy; development and implementation of measures to increase the volume of sales; ensuring the fulfillment of the target indicators of the sales department; development, budgeting and planning of sales in sales channels; management of receivables; conducting strategic negotiations with key customers; optimization of business processes.
