Today we are looking for a Head of Sales for Large Corporate Clients - a leader who thinks strategically, acts decisively and knows how to inspire a team to achieve great results.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Determine the strategic directions of sales development in the segment of large corporate clients;

  • Form a strong team of sales managers, develop their competencies and maintain a culture of performance;

  • Build long-term partnerships with customers, create added value for them through comprehensive solutions and high-level service;

  • Ensure the fulfillment of direction goals, effective planning and optimal use of resources;

  • Analyze the market and competitors, initiate improvements in commercial strategy, processes and pricing policy;

  • Strengthen interaction with other teams companies to achieve common business goals.

It is important for us:

  • Higher education (economics, finance, management);

  • Experience in sales management for at least 3 years - a team of 30 people;

  • Experience in attracting and retaining large corporate clients;

  • Ability to customize systems and processes that support large-scale sales;

  • The level of English is not lower than B2;
