The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and maximize profitability.What you will doDevelop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.Lead and mentor the sales team, setting sales targets, and overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and external partners.Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies and optimize commercial performance.Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management.What you need to succeedA minimum of 7 years of relevant sales experience, including management of sales teams.Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate a team.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and multitask effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
