The company's international call center is actively expanding, and with it the number of directions, countries and teams is growing. That is why we are looking for a Call Center Sales Manager who will take on the management of metrics and teams and become a key figure in the development of sales performance. This role is for a manager who has already worked with large teams in the CC, thinks in terms of metrics and can quickly get involved in processes and deliver results.

Your tasks:

  • manage call center sales figures
  • work with team leaders / clusters
  • find the growth points of conversion, average check and margin
  • analyze the effectiveness of work by country
  • implement changes in sales processes
  • monitor the quality of calls and the work of operators
  • optimize scripts and sales models
  • work with telephony as a sales management tool
  • use AI tools to analyze calls and quality control
  • make management decisions based on data and business priorities
  • interact with internal teams and stakeholders

From you we expect:

  • experience as a sales manager in to a call center from;
  • experience in managing teams through team leaders / group leaders;
  • working with a large staff of operators;
  • responsibility for the implementation of plans and indicators;
  • experience in B2C sales;
  • understanding of key metrics of the CC;
  • understanding of the principles of telephony;
  • experience in using data for adoption solutions;
  • ability to independently find growth points and implement changes;
  • high pace of work, structure and result orientation;
  • strong communication skills;
  • English from B1-B2 level.

Will be a plus:

  • experience of working in an international or multilingual center;
  • experience of working with several countries;
  • experience working with AI tools in the center;
  • experience in performance sales.
