Dear candidates, we are looking for a specialist (female or male)< /strong> for long-term cooperation, we kindly ask you to carefully familiarize yourself with the requirements for your qualities and skills.   • Has successful experience in building a sales team;
  • Able to motivate a team;
  • Knows the stages of B2B sales, maintains internal documentation in CRM;
  • Easy communicates with commercial and communal customers at the stage of negotiations;
  • You have experience in conducting negotiations with heads of communities and their deputies, directors, technicians. directors, general managers, chief engineers of both commercial and utility companies;
  • Has analytical abilities and self-discipline;
  • Has category B driver's license, having a car is welcome.

Your tasks will be :

  • Adjustment and development of the existing structure of the sales department:
  • Effective management, motivation and mentoring of the team;
  • Full control of sales stages (negotiations and conclusion of agreements);
  • Coordinating the interaction algorithm with the customer and subcontractors at all stages of project management;
  • Work with tender documentation for utility customers;
  • Preparation of commercial proposals and other information for ordersnyka;
  • Analysis of the sales market and competitors. Pricing analytics;
  • Participation in forums, exhibitions, conferences;
  • Responsible work in CRM for efficient use of time and resources.
