Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2C, B2B sales (preferably in EdTech, HealthTech or MedTech), 1+ year as a manager; experience in managing a sales team, knowledge of modern management methods and strategies; high level of analytical skills, ability to make informed strategic decisions ; excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders; understanding of the healthcare industry and the needs of healthcare professionals will be an advantage; knowledge of the English language at the B2 level or higher; Responsibilities: achieving sales targets, implementing the company's sales plans; developing sales strategy and tactics in accordance with market needs and platform advantages; building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners; managing sales and customer support teams, training and motivating employees; analyzing the market and competitive environment to identify growth opportunities; ensuring high-quality customer service ; development of strategies to improve interaction with clients and process optimization; cooperation with other departments to achieve strategic goals; We offer: remote work format; paid holidays and sick days; work in an innovative, systemic company; work in a team where you can always rely on support colleagues;corporate learning and development;Join Medvoice and be part of our mission to transform medical education!
