Professional and personal qualities , which our candidate should have: work experience 5+ years of work experience in the field of online sales, preferably in the field of fashion clothing; experience in developing and implementing an online sales strategy, team management; knowledge of the principles of online sales through social networks, current sales methods; skills time management and project management; the ability to identify needs and convince the client, finding an individual approach; the ability to work in multitasking mode; focus on results; knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, CRM; basic knowledge of SEO and PPC, CMS will be an advantage. Responsibilities entrusted to us: development and implementation strategies for attracting customers and increasing the volume of sales; determining the goals and objectives of the department, sales plans, KPI and monitoring their implementation; SWOT analysis and analysis of competitors; team management: selection, training and adaptation; motivation and stimulation of the team to achieve high results; ensuring the smooth operation of the "online ordering system and delivery"; control of ensuring high quality of service to existing customers and attracting new ones, compliance with LTV.
