Responsibilities: Ensure consistent and daily performance monitoring ofmanagers. Prepare reports and conduct subsequent analysis. Evaluate the effectiveness ofeach manager. Analyze employee data inthe CRM system (Zoho). Develop and implement employee motivation systems. Organize the B2B client segment department’s workflow. Develop sales strategies. Optimize and organize the department’s work with other company departments. Conduct negotiations with clients. Establish partnership and referral systems. What isimportant tous? Minimum 3years ofexperience inSales Manager/Business Development Manager roles. Experience asaHead ofSales Proficiency insales processes and CRMmanagement. Strong analytical skills. Critical thinking ability. Ability tobuild long-term and trust-based relationships with clients. Advanced level ofEnglish.
