We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to join our team.
It is important for us that you:
- Have a proven track record of understanding business needs and B2B sales management, particularly with SaaS solutions within the iGaming sector
- Have experience leading a sales team (at least 3 years) with a proven track of success
- Have a professional network among the iGaming industry decision-makers
- Are able to motivate, drive, and develop both sales and account teams (currently up to 4 team members)
- Have experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools
- Are a passionate self-starter and able to take responsibility for progress
- Are proficient in English to communicate externally on a regular basis
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue generation for the business
- Identifying and researching target clients, building strong and long-term strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Taking ownership of the sales pipeline, managing and monitoring each stage: lead generation, initial discussions, sales narrative, contract negotiation, product integration, cross-selling, and upselling to contribute to the company’s growth
- Creating and driving sales targets for the sales team, driving growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, and taking responsibility for the sales performance of the team
- Managing the sales team calendar concerning launches, promotions, and exhibitions to maximize sales opportunities
- Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among internal teams including marketing, legal, operations, product, and delivery to execute effective sales strategies
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage opportunities
