Previously, sales and management of the sales department were handled by the owner of the company. Now we have come to the conclusion that in order to continue growth and development x 10 times, we need an engine of the sales department, namely a head of the sales department, who can build and systematize all processes from scratch, form an effective team and take the company to the international level!

Who we see in this position:

• Experience in KVP positions in B2B from 2 years and general experience in B2B sales from 5 years
• Proficiency in English from level B2 (spoken and written)
• You are the most systematic person and understand how to implement processes in the sales department
• You have successful experience working with a team: hiring, mentoring, mentoring, creating adaptation materials for sales managers, etc.
• Experience of working in the international market and understanding how to take the company to other markets
• You achieve your goals against obstacles

• Communicative and disciplined
