What to do:

 

Effective management and development of the sales team

Achieving financial and commercial indicators

Department personnel management: organization of work, setting goals, motivation to achieve results, development and training of personnel, increasing the expertise of managers

Development of KPI, training processes, working with feedback from the team

Control of preparation and execution of commercial proposals

What skills should you have:
