Responsibilities: —Develop plans and strategies aligned with the company’s goals with clear quality metrics; —Prepare, launch and execute the campaign onsearching ofanew/potential clients; —Build lead generation processes from scratch and define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP); —Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); —Report onaweekly and monthly basis; —Analyze marketing and sales campaigns; —Create proposals, follow-ups and documentation; —Optimize and organize the work ofthe sales team toensure effective interaction with other departments ofthe company.
