The sales department generates more than50% ofthe revenue, making this astrategically important role. More about the Sales Team: Our structure includes 20+sales specialists. Weoperate inthe Ukrainian, Polish, and Brazilian markets. Your tasks willbe: Team management and development Working with sales scripts/techniques and assisting Sales Managers toimprove their conversion rates Creating revenue-generating A/B experiments (promotions) Evaluating, improving, and optimizing current processes (CRM/docs/dashboards) Development ofnew policies Tracking key metrics and conducting in-depth analysis ofdata Close collaboration with the Marketing and Finance departments toensure coordinated business growth.
