Your tasks: - Development and implementation of an effective sales strategy to achieve the set goals; - Fulfillment of sales targets: Revenue, ARPU; -Regular analysis of key indicators of the department; -Optimization of processes, implementation of new tools for the work of the department; - Analysis of competitors and implementation of new ideas; - Development and management of the team of team leaders; -Maintenance of department's overtime pay reporting. Your strengths: - Confident/advanced level of command of the English language B2-C1; -Organizational and management skills; -Experience in optimizing processes and improving the efficiency of the Sales department; -Previous work experience as Team Lead/Head of Support/Head of Sales from 2 years; -Developed stress resistance skills and independent decision-making.
