Responsibilities:
✓ Development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy.
✓ Management of the sales force, including recruitment, training and motivation of the team.
✓ Determination of sales goals, control of their achievement and ensuring constant growth of sales volumes.
✓ Development and support of key customers, conclusion of contracts and negotiations with partners.
✓ Analysis of the market and competitors, identification of new opportunities for business expansion.
