Requirements:
Experience of Head of Retention / Senior Retention Manager in Gambling projects
Practical experience in Tier-1 markets, priority — Canada
Experience of starting a Retention-direction from scratch
Understanding the bonus economy and all factors influencing direction
Understanding and experience of building funnels, segments and cohorts of players in Gambling projects
Independent design of lifecycle chains and CRM logic
