International payment platform Tranzzo is looking for a talented and progressive Head of Retention to join our team.
For more than 6 years, we have been creating a fintech product that enables businesses to accept payments online, Tranzzo solutions are used by such partners as Diya, U24, Concert UA, tickets.ua, Liki24 , Foxtrot, Insurance Arsenal, MyCredit, Varus, WOG and others.

We invite those who are ready to work with the following tasks:
🔹 Management, motivation and coordination of team employees;
🔹 Regular assessment of the current team, formation of individual development plans of team members;
🔹 Selection and training of team employees;
🔹 Development and implementation of a strategy to maximize profit, number of transactions and turnover of merchants;
🔹 Implementation of the plan for the growth of profit, the number of transactions and the turnover of merchants;
🔹 Search for tools for growth and monitoring of KPI compliance;
🔹 Customer segmentation by niches and profitability;
🔹 Control of maintenance of customer information in CRM;
🔹 Creation of new and optimization of current processes for interaction with other teams (financial monitoring, legal and financial departments, product team, CC and others);
🔹 Initiation and control of the implementation of product requests from merchants;
🔹 Management of relationships with key customers;
🔹 Budgeting and forecasting to implement quarterly and annual plans to achieve the company's financial goals;
🔹 Develop and maintain detailed KPI reporting;
🔹 Establish and form benchmarks and standards for customer support;
🔹 Conduct competitor analysis and track business trends on the market.
You are our ideal candidate if you have the following experience:
🔹 Work experience in Sales (B2B) from 2 years;
🔹 3 years of experience in supporting B2B clients;
🔹 Work experience of Head of Retention/Accounting from 2 years;
🔹 Work experience in a bank/fintech from 2 years;
🔹 Experience in budgeting, pricing, cost reduction;
🔹 Experience in supporting Enterprise clients.
