Requirements:

● 2+ year of experience on a Head of Retention, Head of Product or Analytics or CEO or CMO at online casino;
● Data driven mindset;
● Strong competence in retention, marketing, product and analytics;
● Strong leader with advanced people management skills.

Responsibilities:

🎯Manage the promotional and retention departments (CRM)
🎯Organization of promotional activities
🎯Define goals and priorities for promotional campaigns based on data and available company resources
🎯Ensure quality analytics and reporting
🎯Increasing customer retention rates by implementing personalized and automated campaigns based on deep analysis
🎯Develop communication plans for different user segments, through different channels;
🎯Control of all bonus activities and their effectiveness;
🎯Operational activities
🎯Reporting on the work done.
