This role is for you if you have:

• You have 1 year of experience in marketing, customer communications or launching promotional campaigns.
• You can coordinate the execution of related tasks departments.
• You deeply understand the processes of launching advertising and segmentation of the client base.

What will you be to do:

• Create and implement complex plans for resuscitation of the customer base through Direct Sales tools and telephone communications;
• Create personalized offers and scripts for different customer groups;
• Analyze the results of previous calls, identify effective tools and formats;
• Adjust the strategy based on data to maximize LTV;
• Automate processes: participate in the formation of technical tasks to improve CRM systems, telephony and other technical solutions;
• Eliminate bottlenecks: find weak areas in the customer return funnel and promptly implement solutions to eliminate them.
