Head of retail sales department in Cloud Castle

Cloud Castle is a chain of stores selling vape devices and liquids for them. The company was founded in 2018, is constantly growing and becoming more and more innovative. Today, the company's stores are located in four regions of Ukraine, and their significant expansion is planned in the near future. We are looking for a responsible, experienced Head of Retail Sales to join our friendly team. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of a sales strategy; Planning and analysis of sales indicators and KRI, control of their implementation; Organization of the work of the sales department, retail outlets; Development of work shift schedules of sellers; Management, control and motivation of subordinates, evaluation of employee performance; Prevention of occurrence conflict situations within the team; Internet sales market analysis; Making proposals to expand the assortment and optimize the work of online sales; Basic requirements: Experience in a managerial position in retail sales at least: 2 years What we offer: Official employment in a modern and successful company; Interesting and dynamic work in a team of professionals; Training and professional development; Work schedule: Mon-Fri. 09.00 - 18.00, Saturday-Sunday weekend; Friendly team and support of colleagues.
