About the vacancy:

Head of retail has an important and influential role in the organization and is the main link with management and employees in the UGCIS region, responsible for providing sales leadership, guiding and motivating retail + e-com managers to achieve or exceed sales targets and improve the company's organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• 
  Creation and implementation of OmniChannel strategy (tools, processes, KPIs, goals).
• Setting high standards and motivating multicultural retail teams to create better experiences and practices;
• Responsible for exceeding sales targets, increasing store traffic, customer conversion, product engagement, running contest campaigns to increase Apple brand awareness and build strong customer relationships;< /li>
• Analysis of business processes and the creation/drafting of clear action plans that optimize results and ensure the effective implementation of all operational activities;
• Development of the store network in the specified regions; Reporting and communication with suppliers and internally of the company;
• Preparation and control of the budget;
• Creating an atmosphere in the store that will be aimed at constantly providing exceptional, positive customer service in the store;
• Acting as brand ambassador, consistently modeling and upholding Apple's values;
• Assisting management in planning, implementing and maintaining brand visual merchandising standards;
• Assisting in store operational duties including inventory, ordering, training and store opening;
• Distribution of best practices in the regions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of retail management experience;
• Proven ability to increase store sales and profitability;
• Flexibility, adaptability, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a changing environment;
• Proven experience in managing people and teams;
• Sufficient knowledge of the English language (B2-C1);
• Ability to periodically travel to meetings as needed;
• Proven time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines;< /li>
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
