Head of Research in Gradus Research

Gradus Research is a research agency that works with leading Ukrainian and international brands. We are scaling the business, developing products and strengthening expertise - and we are currently looking for a Head of Research to lead the Research Unit and bring it to a new level of efficiency and quality.

We are looking for a team leader and an expert in the field of quantitative and qualitative research, ready to further develop and grow together. 

Your main functions:

• Analysis of client requests, preparation of proposals
• Participation in negotiations with clients at certain stages
• Quality control of research projects
• Implementation control projects during all production stages
• Conducting presentations of the obtained results to clients (complex projects).
• Product development and improvement of reporting formats
• Production efficiency management
• Plan implementation control
• Mentoring and team management
• Participation in product strategy portfolio of Gradus
