< b> Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience in a position in a similar role - Senior reporting; At least 8 years of experience in finance;
• Work experience in the jurisdictions of Ukraine and Estonia;
• Experience with international financial reports and standards;
• Experience in IT and e-commerce (marketplaces, online services) is preferred;
• Preference is given to having professional certifications ACA, CIMA, ACCA;
• Big 4 auditing background is a plus;
• Financial reporting experience in a multi-level organizational structure;
• Understanding financial systems and using technology to reduce timelines and improve reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the financial team - teams of local accountants;
• Create and manage the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports;
• Develop and maintain an accounting policy to ensure internal control and optimization of business processes, financial accounting of group companies;
• Manage the month closing process to provide timely and accurate consolidated monthly financial and management reports;
• Manage the process of drawing up consolidated annual statements for a group of companies;
• Ensure timely and accurate filling of tax and other statutory declarations, tax payment control;
• Accounting in the Xero system for an Estonian legal entity, monthly cooperation with an outsourced accountant for filing tax statements.
• In cooperation with internal accountants — control of the full cycle of accounting for a Ukrainian LLC, Diya City mode in the 1C BAF system.
