Requirements:

• experience in effective employee management and construction crews (from 2 years);
• experience in conducting work on the installation of metal structures;
• knowledge of construction norms and rules;
• ability to read design and estimate drawings documentation;
• construction higher education;
• leadership qualities, willingness to take responsibility;
• attention to details;
• high communication skills ;
• stress resistance.

1. planning, organization, control over the execution of work - monitoring the quality of the work performed, compliance with technical requirements, safety techniques and adherence to the work schedule ;

3. personnel management - formation, hiring, training and evaluation of the work of employees, as well as conflict resolution and team motivation;

4. ensuring fire safety and occupational safety - implementation of work safety procedures, provision of necessary protective equipment and training of workers in safety rules; p>

5. coordinating the order of materials and equipment - making contacts with suppliers, concluding agreements, controlling the quality of materials;
