From you we expect:

• Skills to communicate with the client on the phone and in instant messengers exclusively in Ukrainian;
• Ability to read project design drawings;
• Ability to manage your time and determine priorities;
• Resistance to stress and customer orientation;
• Experience of managing crews of 5 people or more;
• Availability of own car.

Responsibilities:

• Operative management repair and construction, repair and decoration, construction and assembly works at the facility;
• Solving technical issues with customers at the facility;
• Compilation of work schedules, reporting and planning;
• Timely planning of the purchase of materials;
• Working with full-time and hired crews;
• Constant search and selection of craftsmen;
• Setting technical tasks for craftsmen ;
• Control of the quality and deadlines of works;
• Acceptance of work using appropriate tools.
