Organization of the strategy for the development of remote customer service channels
Definition of the strategy, objectives and key performance indicators corresponding to the general strategy of the bank.
Initiation and improvement of new microcredit products and programs.
Ensuring sustainable growth and diversification of the microcredit portfolio in accordance with the established limits and risk appetite of the bank.
Organization and control of remote account opening for clients.
Ensuring the possibility of remote execution of key operations of foreign exchange, such as: purchase/sale of currency and conversion operations; submission of documentsof financial control (contracts, acts, invoices), control of settlement terms for export-import operations through the DBO. What is important to us:
- Higher education management);
Successful experience of working in management positions in the banking system for 3 years or more;
- Understanding the range of products for small and medium-sized businesses (loans, acquisitions, payroll projects).
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and customer identification/verification procedures (especially in a remote format).
Knowledge of the legislation of the National Bank of Ukraine regulating foreign exchange operations.
Experience in managing large teams staff motivation.
