Today, we are looking for a head of the personnel department to systematize HR processes, such as recruitment and adaptation of personnel. Duties: Effectively manage recruitment and adaptation processes in the company; Optimize HR business processes and monitor their compliance; Initiate, develop and implement HR initiatives; Organize the activities of the department (2 subordinates); Administer and conduct systematic analysis of personnel selection and adaptation processes; Participate in personnel selection (office vacancies); Describe selection and adaptation processes in instructions, regulations and local regulatory documents; Budget expenses for the selection and adaptation of personnel; Form timely reporting by areas of work.
