Organize the work of the recruiting team (more than 10 people) Actively participate in the formation and implementation of the company's HR strategy Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of the recruiting process Analyze ways to develop the recruiting function and implement specific actions in this direction Participate in the selection of candidates for various positions, including C-level Develop your own team Make internal interaction processes simple and effective Manage the recruiting budget Search for and implement new and unexpected ideas to achieve our common aspirations; What do we expect from you? Higher education; HR/HRM/HRBP/HRPP work experience of 2 years or more Successful management experience of 1 year or more Excellent communication and presentation skills.
