Formation of a personnel reserve, implementation of personnel retention and development programs. Support of corporate culture in the company. Management of personnel processes: assessment, development, dismissal. Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Interaction with management to ensure compliance with business needs. Requirements for the position: It is mandatory to have work experience in the position of HR.
