Requirements: —5 + years ofexperience asaHead ofRecruitment (preferably inanIT product company); —proven team management experience with ateam of20+inaninternational setting; —successful track record inlaunching recruitment strategies and expanding into new markets; —expertise inbuilding recruitment processes indifferent countries and markets; —proficient inoptimizing and implementing improvements inrecruitment processes; —data-driven approach, including launching performance management systems; —exceptional communication skills, with the ability toconvince opponents ofthe truth oftheir judgments Mastery ofvarious candidate assessment tools and interview methodologies; —experience inmentoring, training, and sharing recruitment expertise. —product company experience with aproduct-focused recruiting approach; —strong leadership and people management skills; —in-depth knowledge ofglobal recruitment trends, tools, and technologies; —familiarity with international labour markets and diverse cultures; —experience inemployer branding and talent acquisition marketing.
