Together with the team, you will work on creating and implementing strategies that will help us become the best in our field.

Your duties will be:

• Development and implementation of a strategy for finding and hiring new employees.
• Study the labor market and identify the best channels for finding candidates.
• Conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their qualifications and compliance with requirements .
• Ensuring an effective communication process with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining a candidate database that helps in tracking recruitment processes.
• Data analysis and reporting regarding the effectiveness of recruiting.

It is important for us that you have:

• Experience in the field of recruiting from 2 years (mass recruiting will be an advantage)
• High level of communication skills.
• Ability to work in conditions of high tempo and changes.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience in using recruiting and candidate systems will be an advantage.
• Experience in system companies will be an advantage
