We invite you to join our team in the position of: Head of the recruiting department.

Responsibilities:

• Formation and implementation of the career development strategy of university students and graduates.
• Building effective interaction with employers, organization of partnership programs and joint events.
• Organization of career events: job fairs, career days, trainings, meetings with companies, lectures and mentoring programs.
• Creation and administration of a database of employers, vacancies and career opportunities.
• Counseling of students on career planning, preparation of resumes, interviews.
• Collection and analysis data on the employment of graduates, preparation of reports and recommendations to the management.
• Coordination of work with faculties, centers and services of the university to promote employment.
• Development and implementation of the communication strategy of the career office (website, social networks, news, newsletters).
• Attraction of external funding and participation in grant projects that support career development students.
• Practices and internships, organizational support.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferred - personnel management, management, sociology, psychology or education).
• Experience in the field of HR, recruiting, education or youth projects of 2 years or more.
• Understanding current labor market trends, future skills (future skills), soft skills.
• Ability to effectively build communication with employers and students.
• Organizational skills, initiative, proactivity, teamwork.
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a high level.
