Main tasks
Recruiting
- Identify effective search channels (job boards, social networks, LinkedIn, direct search).
- Create and publish attractive job descriptions.
- Conduct active search and hunting of candidates.
- Organize and conduct telephone, video and offline interviews.
- Evaluate the competencies, experience and personal characteristics of candidates.
- Attract passive candidates and form a long-term talent pool.
- Cooperate with hiring managers and influence the quality of hiring.
- Keep reporting and systematically work with the recruiting process.
Adaptation
- Create and implement adaptation programs for new employees.
- Ensure the onboarding structure: first day, first week, first month.
- Control the progress of adaptation, conduct check points and improve the process.
- Interact with managers divisions regarding the results of new employees.
Management
- Lead a team of 2-3 recruiters/onboarding managers.
- Distribute the workload, set plans and supervise execution.
- Optimize recruiting and adaptation processes.
We expect that you
- Have experience in personnel selection (in-house or agency).
- Have modern search methods: Boolean/X-Ray, social networks, direct search.
- Know candidate assessment methods (competent, behavioral, projective interviews).
- Understand labor law in the context of recruiting.
- Experience or interest in building adaptation processes.
- Confident in working with Google Docs, MS Office and recruiting tools.
- Organized, structured, proactive, responsible and able to work autonomously.
Format of work and income
- Official employment.
- Income: 50-70 thousand UAH (rate + bonuses).
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00, after the trial period - hybrid format.
- Office: Kyiv, Kontraktova Ploshcha, after Novy of the year in the city of Obolon
