Experience in IT, FinTech, Real Estate or related fields (where sales profiles are actively sought).
Understanding the international labor market, working with candidates from the EU, CIS, Middle East will be an advantage.
English language - B2+ required.
Confident use of ATS systems (Hurma, Zoho People, PeopleForce, CleverStaff).
Understanding the psychology of candidates, hunting skills.
Russian language - through work with candidates from CIS countries: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia.
